Most people know what it’s like to be stressed – that in itself should not cause hair loss. However, if you suffer from chronic stress – it can affect your hair. Chronic stress is a common cause of thinning hair.

When the body becomes stressed, there is a hormonal imbalance in hair growth which causes the hair to stop growing. Practice meditation and relaxation every day. Find tools to reduce any stress. Practice proper breathing and make sure to exercise.

Exercise is important, so take the time to move your body for at least 30 minutes every day. It increases circulation and gives extra nourishment to both your skin and hair.
