  • 7 pm: Green tea + 8 almonds
  • 9 am: 1 bowl of moong dal cheela for breakfast + yogurt
  • at 12 noon: 1 bowl of papaya
  • 1: 30-3: 00 pm: 1 roti + green vegetable + cucumber for lunch. Raita
  • 4-6 pm: 1 bowl of sprouts
  • 7-9 pm: 200 gm Paneer Bhurji + Mint Raita for dinner

Diet day 4 to lose weight in 10 days

  • 7 pm: ACV + water, 4 walnuts + 4 almonds
  • 9 am: 2 idli +buttermilk
  • at 12 noon: 2 slices of mango
  • 1: 30-3: 00 pm: steamed salad for lunch
  • 4-6 pm: cold coffee or 1 banana
  • 7-9 pm: 1 oat chilla/moong dal chilla + cucumber salad for dinner

  • at 12 noon: a glass of buttermilk
