she decided she don’t want to be fat no so over the past she wants to say ten years she has been significantly overweight like for real she might have thought.
she was thinking fine and cute about six seven years ago but she was still overweight she has a 17-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old daughter and with the last pregnancy, it just seems as if the weight has stuck to me.

she really really habit have been engaging in unhealthy activities she eats late to wake up at 2:00 in the morning and men a boot may go to Waffle House and go home and go to sleep and wake up and cook pancakes and biscuits and bread and batting.

anyway she wants to take you guys on a journey through on this journey she wants you to go on with her she want to lose 50 pounds so she is at 255 pounds right now that means she needs to get down to 205 pounds by the end of the year is that pushing it she doesn’t know she means goodness.
(she have six months oh that’s bright anyway she have two daughters as she told you before and she just she has to be here for them she mean my 17-year-old is going into her senior year of high school going on to college my four-year-old is starting kindergarten don’t ask her,
why she did this like this don’t just anyway and she wants to make sure that she is an active period she wants to ride down to my daughter’s college and go to homecoming gangs with her.

she’s a cheerleader by the way so let’s hope she makes sit on somebody’s cheer squad for college okay all right we need scholarships money and she wants to be able to run up and down the playground,
with my four-year-old, she wants to be here when my children graduate from high school when they start their careers when she celebrates their successes when they get married when they have children
she wanna she want to be here for those babies don’t want to have grandbabies and be that foie gras misa okay the one that can actually do things with them and not just sitting on the couch telling them to go bring her the remote and a yoohoo or Yoho whatever from the refrigerator. )

weight loss journey Jill Scott lose?
she has so many plans of what she wants to do over the next six months but she really need some motivation she has tried to do this multiple times she gotten a trainer she has done it by her self she did it privately.
she told somebody about it well this time she wants to see if she can connect with other bloggers out there so that we can motivate each other so that we can maybe build some type of sisterhood some type of group of women that are normal regular just like her at that and want to lose weight.

Allsheknow is that a girl whosheknow and respect has an interest in the company and she is going to try it out so she started out at 259 pounds last week she really didn’t do much she just changed her eating habits stopped eating fried foods stop eating bread been in more salads.

She has been eating a lot more fruit replaced fruit replaced candy with fruit and she actually lost 4 pounds she hasn’t walked a day she hasn’t got in anything a sauna she haven’t been in a gym she hasn’t picked up a weight she is going to don’t knock her okay she is gonna do all that she is here for it, okay she is here for all that .
In the last week really the only thing that she changed was my eating habits they say that it’s 80% nutrition 20% exercise anyway she is going to show you the product that she purchased from her and she is going to see at the end of this next two days how much later how much weight she lose.
