Finally, I began to truly think about weight loss in terms of a lifestyle change. It was at this time I read an article about losing weight slowly. What caught my attention was the advice of keeping your carbs to a minimum. I thought this was a crazy way to lose weight, a way to not give my body anything to burn.

I Fitness Is 90 and I began daily walks, fruit, and vegetables, these 30 minute a day meals really began to fill me up with each new day. The weight began to come off and obsession went out the door as I began to eat less and begin to not eat when I didn’t really hungry.

After a couple of months, I felt I really changed the way I ate. I still ate every couple of hours but my normal choice of foods as salad or fruit. I really lost the weight and not only did this weight loss plan fit into my daily lifestyle, but I began to feel healthier on the inside and could not believe it.
I was then introduced to a product that was helping thousands just like I lose weight. I tried it and after one week reported to have lost 4 to 8 pounds. Usually, this would be the time when someone would claim that their diet or product was not working, but this time I did not feel the product was not working, but in my mind I did! I am most likely a few pounds over, but that is the price I pay to reach my goal weight. Just because some people may find such a quick way to lose weight does not mean that we have to give up, but we need to be open to trying new things and finding different ways to lose those extra pounds and keep it off.
